I rented through Brackets for just over four years, and my experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The inventory reports were consistently accurate, and whenever any issues arose during my stay, the management team responded swiftly to resolve them. The property itself was well-maintained and kept to a high standard throughout my time.

The friendly staff at Bracketts kept us well informed and made helpful suggestions during the ups-and-downs of a fairly typical property sale.It took a long time, but the housing market has been pretty stagnant over the last couple of years, so I am just pleased that we all got it over the line. It was a "remote" sale, as the property had been left in a will, but that did not seem to be a significant issue with all the usual means to communicate online as well as by phone used as appropriate.Overall: expert, friendly, professional

I recently purchased a house through Bracketts and was very impressed with their services - there was 3 local estate agents in the chain and the Bracketts team (particularly Janice who was amazing) were instrumental in supporting the chain to move, and in particular went above and beyond the other estate agents. If I was to sell in future (although hopefully not for a long time!), I wouldn’t hesitate to choose bracketts and highly recommend to anyone local

I recently had a fantastic experience with Bracketts Estate Agents, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received throughout my apartment rental process. A special thank you to Max Robinson for his outstanding support. From the first interaction, and every phone call I made for updates, the team was consistently professional and friendly, making the entire experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free.A particular highlight was the exceptional assistance I received from one of their staff members. When I encountered an unexpected issue with my car during a visit to the agency for contract signing, went above and beyond to help. Their willingness to step in and assist with something outside of the typical scope of their duties truly exemplified the team’s commitment to going the extra mile for their clients.I highly recommend Bracketts Estate Agents for their professionalism, personal care, and dedication. Thank you to the entire team for making this experience so seamless and enjoyable!
