The friendly staff at Bracketts kept us well informed and made helpful suggestions during the ups-and-downs of a fairly typical property sale.It took a long time, but the housing market has been pretty stagnant over the last couple of years, so I am just pleased that we all got it over the line. It was a "remote" sale, as the property had been left in a will, but that did not seem to be a significant issue with all the usual means to communicate online as well as by phone used as appropriate.Overall: expert, friendly, professional
