Key Responsibilities for the Graduate / Newly Qualified Surveyor – Commercial Agent Role

As a Commercial Agent at Bracketts, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of properties, gaining valuable hands-on experience and learning from our seasoned experts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Arranging and attending viewings: You will play a key role in organising and leading property viewings.

• Producing property particulars: Creating detailed and compelling property listings and marketing materials.

• Marketing properties: Actively promoting available properties to potential tenants.

• Client reporting: Providing clients with regular updates on the progress of properties under offer.

• Negotiating heads of terms: Leading discussions on property transactions and helping to secure deals.

• Team administration: Assisting with day-to-day administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.

• Networking: Building relationships with local professionals, clients, landlords, and property investors.

• Property inspections: Conducting regular property inspections

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• RICS Accredited degree in Surveying or a related property field.

• At least 18 months of experience in commercial property.

• A full driving license is essential, as the role involves regular travel to client sites.

• Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
