As a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Bracketts, youβll play a key role in managing residential lettings from start to finish. Youβll be the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants β handling everything from viewings and negotiations to renewals and compliance.

π Key Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct property viewings and manage all aspects of tenant negotiations.
β’ Agree tenancy terms and rental offers that benefit both landlords and tenants.
β’ Handle tenancy renewals and negotiate rent increases or extensions.
β’ Provide expert advice to landlords on market trends, pricing, and marketing.
β’ Build strong long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
β’ Generate new lettings business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
β’ Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures.
β’ Mentor junior team members on compliance and negotiation best practices.

β’ Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator β ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.
