An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Lettings Negotiator / Manager to join the expanding Lettings Team in our Tonbridge Office.

Are you a Senior Residential Lettings Negotiator or a Lettings Manager? Are you passionate about property? Do you have a detailed and local knowledge of Tonbridge and the surrounding areas? If so, we are hiring for a Lettings Negotiator / Manager.

Bracketts LL P is a market leading independent property consultancy known to provide advice on virtually all residential and commercial property matters. We are highly successful and have an enviable reputation.

We are looking for an experienced lister and manager to run and manage our Tonbridge Lettings Department and contribute to our growing success.

The perfect candidate will currently be a Senior Lettings Negotiator who is looking to take the next step in their career but who loves the business development aspect of the role. Alternatively you may already be managing branch of letting agents.

You will be expected to drive the growth of our lettings activity in Tonbridge and the surrounding areas, whilst providing the highest level of service to new and existing clients. Availability to work some Saturdays will be essential. You must hold a current UK Driving License.

We offer an excellent salary and very generous commission. The package is highly negotiable depending on your experience.
