BRACKETTS is the oldest firm of Chartered Surveyors in west Kent first established in 1828 with high profile offices in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge High Street. We are an independent practice with 7 chartered surveyors, two of whom are a Chartered Building Surveyors, and have a total staff of 25. We strive to provide all clients with totally impartial and professional advice and a personal service. Being long established, we probably have the most comprehensive knowledge and expertise of the general area and property values, having an extensive data base of current and historic values.

We are a multi-disciplined chartered surveying practice dealing with the sale and letting of all types of residential town and country properties through all price bands, and the agency of a huge range of commercial premises from both of our offices.

We have Chartered Surveyors who specialise in all aspects of professional work including building surveys, valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and development advice and much more.

We have a land and new homes department which has handled the sale of several major town centre sites, and been involved in the marketing of over 1000 new homes and apartments during the last 10 years acting for national and local house builders and developers.
